It is the customer's responsibility to read the policies listed below and throughout this website. By purchasing from Harmonic Threads you are agreeing to the following:
  • Creation time is 2-3 weeks from order date.
  • Harmonic Threads reserves the right to cancel any order at any time and refuse future orders for any reason. 
  • While items are made once ordered, we do not do custom orders or custom sizing, sorry!
  • We do not offer mending services or alterations.
  • Fabric colors may look slightly different on your computer screen than in real life, and dye lots may vary slightly.
  • Coupon codes must be entered properly at check out to be valid. Sales will not be extended past given dates.
  • We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.
  • Order updates must be given directly to our email address- harmonicthreads@yahoo.com. Social media is not a proper way to contact us.
In the event that you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Returns or exchanges are welcome with domestic orders, however we do not do alterations.
EXCHANGES:
Exchanges or returns must be postmarked within 4 days after the delivery date of the shipment. Please include a note with your name, order number, and size/color of item you are exchanging for, as well as a check or cash for the return shipping. To qualify for exchange, your item must be in its original, unworn condition (other than to try it on), free of pet hair, perfume, smoke or any other odor. We cannot accept exchanges for any items that show signs of being worn or if received after the exchange period. Once the item is received, we will send out your replacement item within one week.
RETURNS:
Exchanges or returns must be postmarked within 4 days after the delivery date of the shipment. Please include a note with your name, order number, and that you are returning items in the package. To qualify for return, your item must be in its original, unworn condition (other than to try it on), free of pet hair, perfume, smoke or any other odor. I cannot offer refunds for any items that show signs of being worn or if received after the return period. Once the item is received, you will be credited back the full price minus the original shipping cost. We cannot refund shipping. Thank you for your understanding!
International orders: Returns are accepted however we do not do international exchanges. Original shipping cannot be refunded.
 
All orders ship from our studio in Ferndale, MI, USA.

USA ORDERS ~ Items are shipped via USPS Priority mail with tracking number and insurance up to $50. Orders over $250 will require a signature to ensure package safety and delivery. Orders usually arrive 2-4 days from the day they are sent out. You will receive tracking information to your account's email address once the order has been sent. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS~ Items are shipped via USPS Priority mail which includes tracking and insurance. Ship times can vary from 7-21 business days, depending on your country's customs policies. Please know your country's shipping policies and import taxes. Harmonic Threads is NOT responsible for any tax/customs charges. What you pay us is strictly for the shipping cost only. Purchaser is responsible for paying any additional fees.

Lost or damaged packages--
 
Once a package has been shipped it is out of our control and in the hands of the shipping company.
If an item is lost on it's way to you, please contact us within 2 business days so we can open a claim to track it down. We cannot be responsible for damage or missing packages caused by shipping companies. Please let us know if you wish to insure your package for more than $50, or have a signature required at the time of delivery. You will be responsible for any additional fees.

If you prefer a shipping company other than USPS, please contact us before you purchase so we can make arrangements and corrected shipping charges.

Purchaser is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an error has been made, purchaser is responsible for any re-routing fees or extra shipping costs that may occur from said error. Notification of a correction or update to your shipping address must be received via our email- harmonicthreads@yahoo.com. Social media is an improper way to contact us. Failure to notify us properly will also be the fault of the customer.
